Serve as primary client contact for BPO back office accounts, ensuring SLAs are met, monitoring performance metrics, developing action plans, resolving issues, fostering relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize service delivery and account growth.

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail with correct packaging and labeling; perform basic mailroom research to resolve discrepancies; work in a fast-paced production environment meeting tight deadlines.

Perform month-end and year-end journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Support GL accounting, consolidated statements, AR/AP, payroll, fixed assets, taxes, audits, and internal controls.
