The Administrative Assistant will support C-Level personnel, manage calendars, handle travel arrangements, and maintain an organized office environment, ensuring seamless communication and operations.

Lead internal adoption and day-to-day operations of Claude Enterprise and custom AI workflows: train users, bridge technical and non-technical teams, operate and monitor workflows, triage issues with outside AI specialists, write small Python/Excel automations, manage account seats and security, and surface/prioritize new AI opportunities.
