Provides service to agents, insureds, claimants, attorneys, and third parties. Completes claims training, learns insurance policies and procedures, develops estimating and loss-adjustment skills, and obtains required adjuster licenses. The role requires strong communication, organization, independent judgment, mathematical accuracy, confidentiality, and a valid driver’s license.

Communicates with policyholders, claimants, agents, and internal departments; enters source documents; interprets instructions and policies; maintains policy records and files; assists with reports and departmental requests.
