Leadership Development Program participant will train to manage a Car Care Center, rotating through customer service, sales, operations, staffing, inventory, payroll, financial performance, and shop efficiency. Maintain client communications and apply cost/benefit analyses consistent with company guidelines.

Handle complex insurance defense litigation from intake through trial and appeals. Prepare pleadings, conduct discovery, try cases, negotiate settlements, advise claims personnel and insureds, mentor junior attorneys, and manage case assignments under a monthly cap. Hybrid role with occasional in-office attendance and travel.

The Claim Specialist handles complex PIP claims, conducts coverage analysis, validates claims, negotiates settlements, and documents findings while ensuring compliance with Michigan laws.

Reviews commercial insurance accounts, investigations, inspections, and rating characteristics to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines. Processes renewals, endorsements, and policy adjustments within authority limits; validates premiums and calculates revenue impacts. Communicates policy changes and underwriting decisions to agents and producers, provides technical product information, maintains rating criteria, and collaborates with underwriters and supervisors on issues beyond assigned authority.
