Support Sales by managing the full order lifecycle from booking through billing and funding. Verify pricing, contracts, and documentation; process orders in Oracle; reconcile reports; coordinate with Sales, Billing, Supply Chain, Finance, and leasing vendors; resolve billing disputes; drive order progression and forecasting; train new employees and support complex orders while meeting KPIs and delivering excellent customer service.

Operate and maintain high-volume copiers, scanners, and mail/finishing equipment; handle confidential legal documents; perform scanning, OCR, FTP transfers, file formatting, binding, shipping/receiving, and customer support within tight deadlines.
