As a Customer Engineer, you'll be a technical advisor for Nebius GPU Cloud services, assisting clients in deploying AI solutions, optimizing GPU performance, and collaborating with sales and product teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Design, build, and maintain automation workflows and integrations across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other SaaS platforms using PowerShell, Python, Azure services, and APIs. Automate user management, notifications, data sync, and access workflows while implementing secure logging, monitoring, error handling, and documentation. Collaborate with IT, Security, and business teams to optimize processes and reduce manual work.

Manage multiple procurement projects for corporate and indirect categories: lead RFPs, analyze proposals, negotiate contracts, select and manage suppliers, drive cost efficiency, ensure compliance, collaborate with finance, legal, security and stakeholders, and meet department KPIs.

Serve as embedded IT risk partner for engineering and technology teams, owning IT SOX readiness, control design, testing coordination, remediation oversight and auditor liaison. Assess ITGCs and application controls across cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, IAM and Kubernetes environments. Drive control automation, continuous monitoring, evidence quality, and translate technical risks into practical guidance for engineers, Finance, and external auditors.

Lead and execute indirect procurement for corporate services and third-party vendors. Manage RFPs, supplier selection, contract negotiations, cost analysis, KPI reporting, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and supplier performance to ensure compliance and value creation.

Lead development and execution of Go-To-Market enablement for Tavily: build sales processes, onboarding, product and competitive enablement, playbooks, and training to improve rep productivity, ramp time, and enterprise AI sales execution while partnering with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps.
