Source, screen, and close technical talent (Data Scientists, Data Engineers, ML/AI specialists, analytics consultants). Partner with practice leaders on workforce planning, provide market intelligence and compensation guidance, manage ATS and reporting, coordinate interviews and offers, and support onboarding and talent strategy.

Lead regional execution of AI enablement: manage workflows, coaching, triage, experimentation, stakeholder coordination, and team development to drive adoption of firm AI products and scalable best practices.

Lead end-to-end insurance regulatory filing activities for analytical solutions: scope, draft, submit, track, and maintain filings. Serve as primary regulator liaison, translate actuarial outputs into regulator-ready materials, coordinate cross-functional inputs, manage version control and re-filings, and maintain filing repositories, templates, schedules, and metrics to ensure audit-ready regulatory compliance.

Develop and productionize underwriting analytics, predictive models, and decision tools using statistical and machine learning techniques. Partner with underwriting, broking, actuarial, and portfolio teams to perform feature engineering, exploratory analysis, model validation, visualization, and monitoring to support risk segmentation, portfolio insights, and underwriting optimization.

Deliver operations-focused strategy consulting engagements across procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and digital operations. Lead workstreams, perform advanced analytics and ML-driven solutions, synthesize recommendations, manage client relationships, and coach junior team members to drive sustainable performance improvements.

Lead and deliver organisational performance engagements: design operating models, improve efficiency, drive people-led change and culture, run project teams, produce practical recommendations, engage leaders, and support transformation activation across clients.
