Founding People Operations Specialist handling day-to-day HR operations (payroll, benefits, HRIS), employee support, onboarding/offboarding, process design, documentation, compliance reporting, and culture/engagement initiatives to support a fast-growing, distributed team.

Lead product for claims, revenue, and patient benefits across eligibility, submission, adjudication, denials, and appeals.
