Implement Encompass products by configuring solutions to customer workflows, guiding decision-making from high-level designs, coordinating data migration/integrations, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to meet project timelines and billable utilization targets. Act as product and industry subject-matter expert, communicate platform value, and improve onboarding/documentation.

Sell Orbit to beverage alcohol producers by owning the full net-new sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing, and handoff. Build pipeline through outbound, events, and marketing, demonstrate product value, track sales metrics, and provide product feedback. Represent Encompass at trade shows and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Implementation.

Facilitate one-time transfers of customer data into Encompass Cloud Platform. Plan migrations with stakeholders, extract and transform legacy data using ETL/ELT methods, import and validate data, resolve issues, and execute migration activities on schedule to support customer onboarding and go-live.

Manage a portfolio of commercial customers to drive renewals, upsells, retention, and product adoption. Develop strategic account plans, act as trusted advisor and customer advocate, deliver training and case studies, and coordinate cross-functional feedback and off-boarding.

The Implementation Consultant supports the Professional Services team in delivering Encompass solutions, collaborating with customers, configuring solutions, managing projects, and enhancing onboarding methods.
