Develop new business for a locum tenens staffing division by prospecting healthcare organizations, securing new client accounts, and expanding revenue opportunities. Build and manage sales pipelines, maintain CRM accuracy, cultivate executive relationships, negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and guide the full sales process. Collaborate with recruitment, finance, marketing, and specialty teams to deliver solutions, resolve issues, support billing, and monitor client satisfaction. Travel is required approximately 5–10% annually.

Recruit candidates through cold outreach, sourcing, events, referrals, and digital channels. Build provider relationships, meet activity and revenue targets, assess candidate fit, communicate assignment details, support post-placement satisfaction, generate business development leads, and collaborate across departments to resolve provider needs.

Lead financial reporting and month-end close, maintain the general ledger, prepare budgets and forecasts, ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls, support audits, perform financial analysis, mentor junior staff, and serve as backup for bi-weekly payroll.
