Lead end-to-end M&A for an evergreen software holding company: develop M&A strategy, source targets, underwrite deals with financial models, manage due diligence and third-party vendors, negotiate transactions and financing, and support post-close integration and management teams.

Own and grow a book of 100+ community bank and credit union accounts. Drive renewals, negotiate price increases and multi-year contracts, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, execute expansion plans, maintain executive relationships, run business reviews, and keep CRM (Zoho/HubSpot) updated to preserve and expand ARR.

The Group CEO will lead a portfolio of companies, focusing on strategic direction, operational excellence, M&A, financial management, and stakeholder relations, while fostering innovation and teamwork.

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and consulting projects: plan scope/budget/timeline, manage stakeholders and vendors, oversee data migration, testing, cutover, go-live/hypercare, provide post-implementation support, run workshops, and ensure governance and change management.
