Lead design, configuration, customization, and implementation of IBM Maximo solutions. Develop workflows, integrations (REST, MIF, OSLC), UI components, and automations. Support full application lifecycle, troubleshoot production issues, ensure security/compliance, produce technical documentation, and mentor junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise performance monitoring using Elastic Stack, OpenTelemetry, and automation. Build Jenkins-based automation, develop REST API integrations, instrument systems with Elastic Agent/APM, analyze performance across apps, OS, network, and endpoints, and support secure on-prem and cloud environments while documenting best practices.

Maintain and enhance React-based enterprise web applications supporting DoD business operations. Develop features, troubleshoot production issues, integrate with REST APIs, improve performance, collaborate with stakeholders, and participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure secure, scalable, user-friendly solutions.

Support development, sustainment, and production support of enterprise HR applications. Build and consume RESTful APIs, improve performance and reliability, maintain Linux environments, write automated tests, assist deployments, and work in an Agile DevSecOps environment while supporting mission-critical systems for a national security customer.
