Leads a large federal IT support contract for USPTO, overseeing service desk, contact center, executive support, problem resolution, equipment fulfillment, and knowledge management. Manages staffing, SLAs, quality, finances, security compliance, continuity planning, subcontractors, stakeholder relationships, reporting, and continuous improvement. Java, AWS data services, relational databases, and reporting tools are preferred.

Provides frontline Tier 1 technical support through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems. Resolves basic hardware, software, account, peripheral, and network connectivity issues; installs and updates software; manages password resets and access problems; documents incidents and resolutions; maintains asset records; escalates complex issues; contributes to knowledge-base content; and supports mission-essential weekend operations.

Manage full subcontract lifecycle for U.S. Government contracts ensuring FAR/DFARS/CPSR compliance. Support solicitations, source selection, pricing/negotiation, contract modifications, invoice coordination, and audit-ready records. Maintain procurement data in Deltek Costpoint and SharePoint and support CPSR reviews and internal audits.

Provide technical support for voice, video, and communications systems in a 24x7 operations center environment. Schedule and operate VTC platforms (Teams, Cisco, Zoom, Polycom), monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, coordinate escalations, document outages and follow SOPs, and support emergency response activities. Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance.

Provide advanced systems administration for hybrid Windows and Linux enterprise environments (on-prem and AWS). Perform IAVA patching, vulnerability remediation, OS maintenance, software lifecycle support, automation (PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible), IaC, cloud administration (EC2, Lambda, CloudFormation), GPO management, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team collaboration to ensure security and availability of mission-critical systems.
