Manage customer deductions and check requests by researching claims, verifying invoice discrepancies, gathering documentation, maintaining assigned accounts’ open accounts receivable balances, and resolving disputes. Build and maintain retailer-specific planograms using Blue Yonder and space-planning tools, analyze syndicated data (Circana/IRI/Nielsen/SPINS) to inform shelving strategy, manage asset and item libraries, support distribution tracking and presentation materials, and maintain version control and documentation under Sr. Manager direction.
