Drives qualified sales pipeline across K-12 accounts through high-volume multichannel outreach, including phone, email, social media, and inbound lead management. Targets priority accounts, uncovers buyer needs, personalizes messaging, qualifies prospects, and converts interest into sales meetings and accepted opportunities. Collaborates with Sales, maintains accurate CRM data, follows qualification processes, and continuously improves outreach and conversion performance.

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for PowerSchool’s metrics-centered Analytics & Insights experience. Modernize dashboards and reporting while developing metric catalogs, customer-defined metrics, benchmarking, drill-down, embedded insights, and AI-enabled recommendations. Partner with engineering, data, design, customer success, sales, and marketing teams to define requirements, prioritize opportunities, launch scalable analytics capabilities, and measure outcomes.

Leads enterprise-wide data and integration architecture strategy, advising executive leadership and governing technology decisions. Defines integration standards across ERP, CRM, HR, and SaaS systems; sets the Microsoft Fabric and Azure data platform roadmap; establishes data governance, metadata, lineage, and classification standards; and oversees major integration initiatives. Chairs architecture governance, develops reference architectures, mentors senior technical leaders, and influences enterprise engineering standards, hiring, and investment priorities.

Drives expansion, retention, bookings, and multi-suite growth within a high-volume territory. Builds territory plans, generates pipeline through outbound and inbound selling, manages standard deals end to end, maintains CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy, and partners with Solution Consulting and Customer Success on renewals and value reinforcement. Requires occasional travel for summits, training, conferences, and client demos.

Supports sales teams with commercial quoting, revenue structuring, multi-year deal configuration, renewals, expansions, co-terms, repricing, and partial renewals. Validates funding, improves late-stage deal conversion, supports accurate forecasting, monitors approval timelines, identifies operational friction, and maintains compliance and auditability.

Supports People Experience processes including onboarding, performance cycles, engagement initiatives, change communications, talent development coordination, HRIS reporting, employee relations documentation, and cross-functional HR programs. Provides day-to-day employee support, maintains accurate people data, coordinates training and communications, tracks metrics, and escalates complex matters to senior HR partners.

Leads full-stack software engineering efforts, including architecture, planning, coding, testing, deployment, code reviews, performance optimization, and system reliability. Collaborates with product managers, designers, and engineers while using AI-assisted development, testing, debugging, and automation tools. Evaluates responsible AI applications, mentors junior engineers, resolves complex technical issues, and contributes across the software development lifecycle with minimal oversight.

Leads Customer Success Operations by building retention models, digital engagement programs, and scalable operating processes. Owns Customer Success Platform deployment and optimization, including health scoring, workflows, automation, and predictive insights. Develops dashboards, forecasting, capacity models, and performance metrics while driving cross-functional governance and organizational change. Builds and manages the Customer Success Operations team, improving retention, efficiency, adoption, and customer outcomes without proportional cost growth.

Lead the architecture, design, and hands-on development of a multi-tenant, cloud-native reporting and analytics platform on AWS. Build AI-driven pipelines to migrate legacy business logic and metadata, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, conduct technical reviews, and ensure scalability, security, tenant isolation, and operational excellence. Collaborate with Product, Data, QA, and Architecture teams while evaluating AI technologies for automation.

Leads technical validation throughout the K-12 sales cycle by conducting discovery, designing solutions, configuring demos, and delivering proofs of concept, workshops, RFP responses, and technical presentations. Partners with Sales and Solution Consulting to assess integrations, data flows, security, and requirements; maintains demo environments; validates quotes; documents CRM insights; supports post-sale handoffs; and provides product feedback. Requires extensive customer travel, typically 60–75%.
