Lead enterprise-scale sourcing strategies for marine and technical categories, manage strategic supplier relationships, conduct commercial negotiations and bid evaluations, advise senior leadership using market intelligence, and deliver measurable cost savings and risk mitigation across global maritime supply chains.

Lead fleet-wide shipboard Learning & Development operations by designing and implementing practical, scalable L&D processes, ensuring STCW and LRC training quality, coordinating fleet training plans, supporting audit readiness, and managing talent lifecycle for shipboard L&D roles. Partner with Fleet L&D Managers, shipboard HR, and shoreside stakeholders to translate enterprise priorities into executable shipboard solutions, maintain operational continuity, and drive consistent adoption across vessels.

Manage development and rollout of deployment and itineraries for Seabourns expedition and ocean fleet. Design commercially viable, safe, and operationally feasible itineraries; perform port assessments, fuel-consumption analysis, risk assessments, and regulatory impact analyses. Lead itinerary technology (MXP, DPM, Transas), communications, KPIs, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with Marine and Port Operations. Represent the company at conferences and provide mentorship.
