Support internal communications by writing and distributing content, maintaining the SharePoint intranet, supporting executive and town-hall communications, coordinating assets and event logistics, and participating in a rotating on-call communications team to engage shoreside and shipboard team members.

Lead planning, execution, and closeout of technical shipboard projects, managing schedules, budgets, resources, contractors, and compliance with maritime regulations, focusing on ship systems, energy conservation, decarbonization, and environmental performance.

Support inventory planning, forecasting, allocation and purchasing for shipboard retail, warehouses, and eCommerce. Build and automate reporting, analyze sell-through and aging, coordinate vendors and PO execution, drive inventory turn improvements, support audits and process improvements across supply chain and retail operations.

Drive revenue for Holland America Line and Seabourn in the Mid-Atlantic territory by developing account strategies, building partner relationships, executing sales and marketing initiatives, negotiating contracts, managing budgets, maintaining CRM data, and leading trade events and trainings. Requires frequent travel and meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Serve as end-to-end financial owner for a portfolio of shipboard and shoreside capital projects. Manage capital forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, and investment analysis (IRR, NPV, ROI). Reconcile project systems and financial platforms, perform variance analysis, support capitalization and month-end close, and partner with Project Management, Accounting, IT, and operations to improve governance, reporting, and processes.

Design user-centered, responsive web experiences for Holland America Line. Produce wireframes, flows, prototypes, and visual designs; maintain design system components and standards; collaborate with research, analytics, marketing, and development; apply accessibility and usability best practices; iterate using A/B testing and performance data to improve engagement and conversion.

Lead architecture, configuration, and operation of the consumer marketing tech stack (Adobe Experience Platform, Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Design XDM schemas, identity resolution, integrations (APIs/streaming/batch), event/tag instrumentation, and data quality. Translate marketing demand into roadmaps, deliver personalization and journey orchestration, govern privacy/consent, and lead a technical martech team to ensure reliable, scalable platform performance.
