Directs shipboard HR operations for more than 55,000 employees across the fleet. Oversees employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, HR policies, standard operating procedures, compliance, and serious employee actions. Partners with shipboard officers, shoreside executives, and operations leaders to ensure consistent HR practices, mitigate risk, and improve workforce effectiveness. Requires 25–50% travel, including shipboard travel, and in-office work in South Florida.

Leads architecture and hands-on development for Salesforce Commerce Cloud e-commerce platforms. Designs SFCC cartridges, storefronts, checkout pipelines, and headless integrations with enterprise services, payment gateways, OMS, CRM, and microservices. Performs code reviews, improves performance, establishes engineering standards, mentors developers, configures Business Manager, supports releases, and resolves complex technical issues. Lead AWS cloud migration, Amazon EKS and Kubernetes management, blue-green deployments, performance optimization, scalability, security, and software development lifecycle standards. Own web products supporting vacation search, cruise reservations, pre-cruise purchases, and content management. Mentor engineering teams, manage vendors, mitigate technical risks, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovation, reliability, and revenue growth.

Analyzes maritime operational, cost, schedule, and project data to build dashboards, identify trends, and provide recommendations. Supports capital planning, project controls, budget and schedule tracking, vendor procurement, reporting requirements, and process improvements. Review medical documentation, determine reasonable accommodations, administer FMLA/PWFA/state leave, coordinate with HR, Legal, Payroll and third-party admins, communicate determinations, ensure compliance and maintain confidential records. Provide limited benefits support as needed.

Support execution of carnival.com content for non-booked guests across planning, development, CMS implementation (Sitecore), maintenance, optimization, and QA. Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce and IT to implement and update content, process and optimize images, ensure SEO/ADA/performance compliance, manage requests via project tools (Jira/Asana), and perform cross-platform testing and troubleshooting.

Manage global sourcing analytics for travel, gaming, and onboard media categories. Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, analyze complex datasets, build models, identify sourcing opportunities, and support negotiation strategies. Lead data governance, automation, AI adoption, and analytics projects while partnering with IT, Finance, and sourcing teams. Ensure data integrity and improve reporting efficiency across enterprise-scale datasets.

Coordinates post-proposal charter, large-group, incentive, and travel advisor conference programs. Responsibilities include creating bookings, coordinating pricing and group setup, processing onboard credits and pre-cruise orders, managing payments and reporting, supporting servicing, assisting with charter embarkation, and completing post-charter reconciliation. Maintains audit-ready documentation, researches discrepancies, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, monitors deadlines, and recommends process improvements.

Coordinates promotional and commercial initiatives from intake through launch across Revenue Management, Marketing, Sales, and Planning teams. Leads planning meetings, manages requirements and timelines, ensures offer-rule compliance, prepares communications, and provides guidance on promotional mechanics. Produces campaign performance reports, analyzes results, recommends improvements, and drives process enhancements while influencing stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
