Lead institutional client acquisition and revenue growth for pensions, endowments, foundations and Taft-Hartley accounts in the Central region. Build and maintain consultant and asset-owner relationships, close new business, collaborate with global coverage and investment teams, and stay current on investment products and industry regulations. Role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and travel.

Lead design, structuring, and launch of U.S. alternatives products (real estate, infrastructure, private credit). Manage approvals, stakeholder coordination (legal, tax, ops, risk, sales), drive product strategy and innovation, maintain product pipeline reporting, and support global product development and ad-hoc initiatives.

Support coverage and distribution of liquid equity strategies across retail, institutional and insurance channels. Prepare sales collateral and competitive analysis, support new strategy development and positioning, and coordinate with portfolio management, sales, product management and marketing to drive product initiatives and client engagement.
