Manage digital conversion sales to higher-education bookstore customers across North America: prospect, secure demos, convert print requests to digital, upsell, forecast accurately, coordinate with marketing, content, and customer success, and travel extensively for campus engagement.

Provide in-store retail support including operating the cash register, assisting customers with course materials, stocking and merchandising textbooks and merchandise, processing shipments and returns, and supporting order fulfilment during busy periods.
