Provide front-of-house and administrative support for Ferrovial's Heathrow offices: manage room bookings, facilities and IT equipment, assist management and engineering teams, handle deliveries, prepare access passes and permits, support events and new-starter onboarding, and act as office fire marshal and first aider.

Support the Professional Services Quality Control Manager to implement and maintain the Professional Services Quality Management Plan, perform QC reviews of design submittals and 3-D models, coordinate with TxDOT and PSQAF, conduct audits, prepare quality reports, deliver training, manage document control, and ensure design packages meet contract and PSQMP requirements.

Manage procurement and contract processes for a highway construction project: prepare RFPs, evaluate bids, create contracts, negotiate with vendors, maintain procurement records, ensure compliance, support reporting and procurement policy enforcement.
