Leads growth strategy and execution across acquisition, activation, engagement, lifecycle marketing, experimentation, content, SEO, ASO, and customer communications. Uses data and approved AI tools to optimize funnels, personalize journeys, improve campaigns, and develop repeatable marketing workflows. Partners with product, technology, operations, analytics, support, creative, and compliance teams to translate customer and platform insights into measurable growth initiatives.

Coordinates the design, implementation, integration, testing, and operational handover of ITS, tolling, network communications, and roadway technology systems across major highway corridors. Manages project plans, vendors, contractors, technical documentation, change requests, field upgrades, testing, budgets, permits, risks, claims, asset tracking, and quality control. Supports compliance with operational requirements, safety standards, concession agreements, and legal obligations while resolving technical and field integration issues.

Oversee construction processes, manage segment activities, ensure safety and compliance, develop schedules and budgets for large infrastructure projects.

Supports the Legal Department by reviewing and drafting contracts and legal documents, analyzing contractual liabilities and project-specific legal issues, preparing memoranda and bid documentation for public authorities, assessing future risks, and maintaining organized records of contracts and corporate resolutions for audits and internal reference.

Supports solar project development, construction, and close-out by managing project controls, permitting, regulatory compliance, stakeholder relationships, documentation, schedules, budgets, and contractor performance. Coordinates with government agencies, consultants, legal counsel, EPC contractors, and internal teams to maintain permits, monitor environmental and interconnection milestones, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project delivery. Requires weekly travel to the project site, with relocation support available for candidates outside Austin.

Provides on-site administrative support for construction projects, including document and spreadsheet preparation, phone coverage, supply ordering, package handling, new-hire processing, production data entry, report writing, and maintaining organized common areas. Requires basic related experience, strong English communication, computer proficiency, mathematical skills, and a valid driver license for occasional travel.

Provides reception, office management, scheduling, correspondence, travel logistics, file organization, inventory control, invoice reconciliation, data entry, and administrative accounting support. Coordinates with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers; maintains office areas and supplies; prepares reports on departmental and project accounting metrics; and handles calls, visitors, mail, invoices, tickets, receipts, and related documentation.

Lead accounting and finance for the centralized Equipment Department, overseeing financial close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, capital planning, lease and fixed-asset accounting, billing, and profitability analysis. Partner with operations and corporate finance to optimize fleet utilization, drive cost management, develop financial models and KPIs, lead process improvements, and support strategic initiatives and audits.

Performs general accounting duties, including collecting and reconciling invoices, tickets, receipts, and other documentation; entering transactions into accounting systems; preparing accounting metrics reports; and communicating with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and other entities. Responsibilities may also include accounts payable and receivable, month-end processes, ticket collection, invoice reconciliation, payroll, data entry, and related administrative accounting tasks.

Provides reception, administrative, logistical, and general departmental support. Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting visitors, managing mail, calendars, meeting spaces, office supplies, facilities vendors, travel bookings, records, invoices, inventory, reports, and accounting documentation. The role also communicates with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, employees, clients, and the public.
