Provides reception, administrative, logistical, and general departmental support. Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting visitors, managing mail, calendars, meeting spaces, office supplies, facilities vendors, travel bookings, records, invoices, inventory, reports, and accounting documentation. The role also communicates with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, employees, clients, and the public.

Manage all human resources functions for a major infrastructure project, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, payroll, performance management, employee development, succession planning, compliance, immigration, insurance renewals, HR metrics, vendor negotiations, and employee relations. Partner with leadership to implement HR strategy, policies, workforce initiatives, and exceptional employee experiences from onboarding through offboarding.

Supports monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, lease accounting, and financial reporting. The Accountant ensures compliance with US GAAP, supports audits and tax requests, maintains documentation, and helps improve accounting processes through automation. The role also performs accounting research, resolves discrepancies, and collaborates with cross-functional teams.

Supports infrastructure project controls across cost, schedule, risk, scope, forecasts, variance analysis, dashboards, and earned value management. Coordinates with departments to verify information quality and produces timely performance reports. The role requires strong Excel and IT skills, civil engineering measurement knowledge, independent working ability, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Project controls experience and understanding of NEC4 contracts are preferred.

Manages day-to-day infrastructure asset operations and maintenance projects, ensuring contract compliance, safety, quality, scheduling, procurement, estimating, and financial performance. Leads project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client relationships; oversees rehabilitation, facility acceptance, reporting, risk management, and regulatory coordination. Requires strong leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and asset-management skills in office and field environments.

Lead data management and digitalization for construction projects: define data policies, administer DocSite/SharePoint and Procore, build Power BI dashboards, integrate Procore via API, train staff, coordinate cross-team digital workflows, and identify opportunities to improve project efficiency and analytics.

Lead and coordinate daily IT operations, network and infrastructure maintenance, data center and Traffic Operations Center support, vendor management, SLA/KPI monitoring, business continuity and disaster recovery reviews, cybersecurity vulnerability tracking, and SOX-related documentation. Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure reliable service, troubleshooting, upgrades, and documentation.

Serve as the liaison between local system users and corporate IT support. Assist the IT Manager with implementing IT plans, perform routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot systems, coordinate installations/updates, maintain asset management and cellular accounts, monitor security threats, and support emergency IT situations. Contract position up to six months, no medical benefits.

Provide comprehensive legal support for utility-scale renewable energy projects across development, construction, financing, operations, M&A, project contracts, project finance, tax credit monetization, regulatory compliance, corporate filings, and management of external counsel.
