Support regional suppliers for Copeland and Vilter compressors by conducting supplier audits, managing PPAPs and corrective actions, enabling supplier development, supporting new product programs, and driving quality, cost, and delivery improvements.

Lead development, testing, and support of embedded motor-control firmware for variable speed drives. Define product specifications, perform design reviews, test and qualify hardware/software, support customers and suppliers, execute ECNs, and ensure safety/agency compliance across product lifecycle.

The Account Executive will drive sales growth in the OEM refrigeration market, manage customer relationships, and collaborate on strategies to improve business performance, primarily for food retail refrigeration clients.
