Two-year finance graduate program with rotations in FP&A, project controls, and project finance. Responsibilities include supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, project cost tracking, cash reviews, investment analyses, and business-partner requests. The role provides exposure to renewable energy projects, ERP and CPM systems, Procore, and Excel-based tools while developing technical, commercial, and leadership skills. The position is hybrid with a minimum of four office days per week.

Serves as the primary People and Culture partner for construction, field operations, and frontline teams. Provides employee-relations guidance, conducts investigations, coaches leaders, supports workforce planning, facilitates training, and promotes compliance, inclusion, safety, and engagement. Requires bilingual English and Spanish fluency, regular travel to field locations, and experience supporting dispersed or skilled-trades workforces.

Leads procurement for construction projects, including RFPs, bid evaluations, price and contract negotiations, subcontracts, supplier relationships, purchase orders, and delivery tracking. Partners with project, engineering, legal, estimating, and HSQE teams to manage procurement plans, subcontractor qualifications, safety requirements, and project milestones. Advises on medium-spend scopes, mentors procurement staff, supports software adoption, and drives process improvement. The hybrid role requires 15–30% travel and strong construction procurement, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Serves as a strategic People and Culture partner to business leaders, providing leadership coaching, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent and succession planning, employee relations support, investigations, and change leadership. The role leads people initiatives, advises on complex workplace matters, develops organizational capability, and collaborates with HR specialists and centers of excellence. This hybrid position requires significant HR business-partner experience, professional certification, knowledge of employment law, and periodic travel.
