Leads procurement and subcontracting activities for construction projects, including RFPs, bid evaluations, price and contract negotiations, subcontract preparation, supplier performance tracking, and procurement planning. Partners with engineering, construction, legal, estimating, and HSQE teams to manage project requirements, mitigate risks, improve processes, and ensure timely delivery. Assists project teams with material reporting, purchase orders, material ordering and receiving, vendor documentation, invoice processing, payment troubleshooting, and inventory reconciliation. The role requires extensive domestic travel, strong Microsoft Office and accounting systems proficiency, attention to detail, and coordination with project and site teams. It also supports safety, quality, and compliance procedures in a construction-related environment.

Expedites procurement orders and subcontracts for renewable energy and transmission projects from award through delivery. Tracks supplier progress, drawings, inspections, fabrication, shipping, and required-on-site dates; identifies schedule risks and develops recovery plans. Coordinates with project, engineering, logistics, construction, legal, and suppliers, while managing RFPs, sourcing, subcontractor qualification, and process improvements. The role also mentors procurement staff, supports software adoption, and ensures safety, quality, and environmental procedures are followed.

Leads accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, month-end and year-end close activities for development entities across the U.S. and Canada. Provides technical accounting guidance on IFRS, US GAAP, revenue recognition, leases, impairment, and development costs. Oversees audits, SPV accounting, ERP governance, process improvements, and financial reporting accuracy. Partners with development, tax, legal, FP&A, and operations teams while managing and developing accounting staff.

Leads North American wind O&M business development from lead generation through contract award. Builds client relationships and sales pipelines, develops account and communication plans, prepares proposals and RFP responses, negotiates contracts, manages CRM forecasting, and identifies account growth opportunities. Partners with operations, engineering, supply chain, legal, and commercial teams to develop customer solutions. Represents the company at industry events, manages direct reports, and conducts coaching and performance development.

Supports, administers, troubleshoots, and enhances enterprise Microsoft Power Platform and M365 applications. Partners with business stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize application performance, manage security and reliability, develop standards, write SQL queries and reports, document solutions, and lead continuous improvements. Provides on-call support, communicates recommendations to senior management, and mentors application support resources.
