Support plant HR operations for ~200 hourly employees: payroll (UKG), recruiting, onboarding, training, attendance tracking, leaves (FMLA/STD/LTD), HR records, I-9/E-Verify, badge/locker management, temp labor coordination, audits, and employee engagement initiatives.

Execute high-volume HR transactions and maintain accurate employee data across Workday, ADP, and UKG. Reconcile benefits and payroll data, audit vendor files, investigate discrepancies, resolve interface errors, support benefits administration, and back up other HR functions including ticketing, invoices, and OE/merit assistance. Perform reporting, data cleanup, and project work as assigned.
