Leads financial reporting, month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and management analysis across business areas. Builds Power BI dashboards and reporting models, improves finance processes, monitors controls and compliance, and supports transformation initiatives. Partners with finance business partners, cost centre owners, senior stakeholders, and business leaders to deliver accurate insights, identify trends, improve efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.

Manage the development and improvement of defined benefit pension administration, calculation, and payment systems. Translate complex pension rules into technical specifications, collaborate with actuarial and technology teams, review testing and system outputs, apply actuarial judgment, and support secure, accurate releases. The role also identifies process improvements, strengthens controls and documentation, and supports operational readiness for system changes.

Leads complex pension risk transfer implementations, including scheme onboarding, transition planning, client servicing, governance documentation, MI, and post-implementation reviews. Provides technical expertise across legal, regulatory, reinsurance, product, and operational matters; supports RFQs, pitches, and new business opportunities; and presents to trustees, advisers, sponsors, and internal stakeholders. Also develops pensions transition and onboarding capabilities across the team.

Support portfolio construction, new business pricing, asset origination research, portfolio monitoring, ALM and investment governance across PRT portfolios. Produce analytics, deal screening, investment memos, dashboards, and coordinate stakeholders to support investment decisions for public and private assets.

Provide technical oversight of onboarding calculations team delivering manual Defined Benefit pension quotations and claims; act as SME on complex DB benefits and regulations; lead improvement projects, produce MI, support coaching and development, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate operational outcomes.

Provide second-line oversight of data, AI and emerging technology risks. Review governance, controls and policy implementation, support assurance reviews and thematic risk assessments, monitor emerging trends, produce reports for senior leadership, develop risk metrics, and engage stakeholders across technology, data and risk functions to ensure responsible deployment and regulatory alignment.
