Develop, maintain and migrate Tableau dashboards and data models on an IFRS17 reporting platform. Use SQL (Snowflake) and Python-based tooling to implement SDLC controls, CI/CD, testing, reconciliation and documentation, working with data engineering, QA and business stakeholders to ensure governed, auditable reporting.

Originate, underwrite, execute and manage corporate debt investments across sectors. Lead due diligence, documentation, approvals and closings, manage portfolio monitoring and stakeholder relationships, support product research, marketing, and mentor junior team members.

Lead people-focused change across transformation programmes: develop human-centred change strategies, run impact and readiness assessments, engage stakeholders, design training and communications, facilitate workshops and coaching, track adoption metrics, and ensure changes embed into processes, systems and operating models.

Support backlog management and refinement, write clear testable user stories with acceptance criteria, participate in agile ceremonies, gather stakeholder requirements, collaborate with engineers on delivery constraints, and assist release readiness and BAU handover while developing into a Product Owner.
