Lead end-to-end delivery of M&G’s Servicing AI transformation programme across digital, data, CRM, contact-centre, and automation workstreams. Responsibilities include roadmap execution, agile delivery, benefits realization, governance, risk and regulatory controls, stakeholder communication, vendor management, and leading multidisciplinary teams in a regulated financial-services environment.

Design, build, deploy and operate production-grade generative AI and ML solutions (LLMs, RAG, vector search) on cloud-native architectures. Ensure code/model quality, observability, governance, compliance and performance; collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and contribute reusable frameworks and responsible-AI controls.

Support rollout of PruFund to third-party platforms by testing pControl functionality, verifying file exchanges, reporting defects, raising change requests, updating business procedures, and supporting go-live readiness and project delivery planning.

Lead design, build, deploy and optimise enterprise AI/ML and generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, agents) for production in a regulated financial environment. Drive MLOps, monitoring, governance, and platform integration across cloud-native services while collaborating with product, data, security, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes and scale AI capability.
