Coach management, support delivery of people KPIs, partner with central P&C teams, and ensure compliance and good governance while aligning people activity to commercial and customer outcomes.

Analyze market, competitor, and internal financial data to create performance scorecards, dashboards, and measurement frameworks. Link economic and customer behavior indicators to trading results, produce a US fact-pack and benchmarks, run diagnostic analyses to identify growth opportunities, and automate reporting while partnering closely with FP&A, Global Insights, and data providers.

Support store People & Culture operations by handling day-to-day HR administration including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, performance management, employee relations, recordkeeping, compliance, learning delivery, reporting KPIs, and recommending administrative efficiencies to support colleague engagement and store performance.

Lead US consumer insights to inform marketing and business strategy: run end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research, build customer narratives and dashboards, translate insights into actionable recommendations, monitor brand and CX metrics, manage agencies and budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth. Travel ~20%.
