Provides day-to-day people and culture administration in a retail store, supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, employee relations, engagement, learning, and wellbeing. Maintains compliant colleague records, supports governance and policy implementation, tracks KPIs, produces reports, and identifies administrative efficiencies. Partners with store management and the People & Culture Business Partner while promoting inclusion and confidentiality.

Serve as the in-store People & Culture Administrator delivering day-to-day HR administration: recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, performance management, employee relations, compliance with employment laws, learning rollout, recordkeeping, KPI reporting, and recommending process improvements to support colleague engagement and store performance.

Support daily operation and administration of Primark's U.S. Foreign Trade Zones, prepare FTZ import/export filings, manage inventory records, coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners, assist in PGA reporting, and support continuous improvement and compliance projects.

Provide excellent customer service by assisting with sizes, styles, purchases and returns; maintain tidy, well-stocked shop floor and stockroom; operate tills processing transactions and returns; receive and price new deliveries while upholding store standards.

Provide in-store People & Culture administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll support, employee relations, compliance, learning, reporting, and record-keeping to ensure good governance and colleague engagement.

Provide excellent in-store customer service by assisting with sizes, styles, purchases, and returns; maintain tidy shop floor, fitting rooms and stockroom; process transactions and returns at tills; receive, unpack, price and merchandize new deliveries while ensuring quality standards.

Lead US consumer insights to inform marketing and business strategy: run end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research, build customer narratives and dashboards, translate insights into actionable recommendations, monitor brand and CX metrics, manage agencies and budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth. Travel ~20%.
