Complete a structured sales trainee program learning product knowledge, branch and warehouse operations, customer service, quoting, order processing, and sales processes. Rotate through branch roles, shadow sales calls, use company systems, build customer relationships, and prepare to apply for a sales role upon successful completion.

Prepare and submit project quotations by reviewing bid packages, issuing RFQs to vendors, compiling bid tabulations, negotiating pricing, and collaborating with sales, customers, and suppliers to secure pricing for bids.

Support outside sales by providing deep product and application knowledge, conducting demonstrations, pursuing sales opportunities, building customer and supplier relationships, mentoring junior staff, and assisting branches with technical support and training.

Sell and promote electrical products to new and existing customers, build and maintain relationships, generate sales, provide product selection support, coordinate quotes, use digital tools/CRM, and participate in training and market development.
