Oversee documentation and expediting for large industrial electrical projects: maintain version-controlled submittals and logs, ensure contract compliance, coordinate with PMs, OEMs, and customers, track orders and shipments, manage billing through customer portals, produce expediting reports, implement standardized procedures, audit documentation, and train support staff to ensure on-time delivery and accurate invoicing.

Support outside sales by providing deep product knowledge, conducting demonstrations, pursuing sales opportunities, building customer and supplier relationships, delivering technical support and training, and helping develop and execute local business plans.
