Lead Lindor brand initiatives including annual marketing plans, product innovation and renovation, and full 360° campaigns across digital, social, shopper, and in-store channels. Drive consumer and competitive research, synthesize insights, support sales integration, manage vendor and agency partners, and contribute to financial planning and sales projections. Collaborate cross-functionally in a hybrid office environment.

Lead internal control and compliance activities including SOX testing, risk assessments, remediation projects, and month-end accounting support. Coordinate with internal and external auditors, maintain compliance reporting, manage ERP GRC processes, and support regulatory, tax, and statutory reporting. Provide training, process improvements, and monitor controls to mitigate financial and compliance risk.

Lead customer planning, promotion optimization, and monthly sales forecasting for major retail accounts. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Category teams to model promotional scenarios, manage TPM accuracy, build dashboards, track POS and KPIs, run competitive analysis, and support RGM process improvements, training, and test-and-learn initiatives to drive profitable revenue growth.

Supports budgeting, latest estimates, forecasting, financial and non-financial reporting, cost center management, and business-partner activities for Sales, Marketing, and IT. Prepares and analyzes P&L data, maintains Planful budget templates, loads SAP S/4HANA reporting data, develops business systems and processes, and provides actionable insights to leadership.
