Manage and grow strategic insurance client relationships, serving as the primary contact and aligning solutions with client objectives. Coordinate with delivery, sales, recruitment, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution, monitor account health and satisfaction, resolve concerns, and identify expansion opportunities. Support forecasting, resource planning, status reporting, executive presentations, and onsite-offshore delivery coordination across digital transformation, Guidewire, cloud, integration, and modernization initiatives.
