Designs and develops scalable NetSuite customizations and integrations using SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, REST/SOAP, and Celigo. Builds connections with eCommerce, 3PL, WMS, POS, and SaaS platforms while supporting ERP processes including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, and financials. Responsibilities include architecture, testing, troubleshooting, optimization, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires strong systems thinking, business-process understanding, code quality, and clear communication in a remote consulting environment.

Lead client discovery, integration architecture, and implementation of NetSuite and Celigo solutions. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data mappings, guide development involving SuiteScript and RESTlets, advise on ERP workflows, identify risks, support testing and go-live planning, and communicate solution decisions to technical and business stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end NetSuite and Celigo integration projects, from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, go-live, stabilization, and customer training. Configure integrations between NetSuite and platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shops. Translate business processes into reliable data mappings and workflows, troubleshoot functional issues, support clients post-launch, and provide NetSuite consulting focused on operational improvements.

Own post-implementation NetSuite customer accounts, serving as the primary contact for support, optimization, expansion, and escalations. Understand customer configurations, integrations, and operational processes; identify risks and growth opportunities; translate business needs into enhancement scopes; coordinate with consulting, project management, and support teams; lead account reviews and roadmap discussions; and drive retention, satisfaction, upsells, and long-term value.
