Develop and characterize semiconductor deposition processes on TEL equipment at customer sites. Design optimization experiments, analyze process data, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, support customer demonstrations and adoption, and coordinate with sales, marketing, factory, and internal teams. The role serves as a technical customer interface, supports process startups, ensures processing quality, and may involve domestic or international travel.

Lead and inspire a small team in AI research focused on autonomy and knowledge capture related to semiconductor equipment. Responsible for project roadmap and development of software modules.

Develop and optimize manufacturing process formulations and equipment for semiconductor tools. Design and run process experiments, analyze data, troubleshoot tool performance, support customer demos and integrations, and collaborate cross-functionally and with customers. Hands-on lab work and presentations required; may require extended assignment to Taiwan.
