As a Controls Engineer, you will plan and manage projects, design control systems, analyze plant processes, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams, while occasionally traveling for site visits.

Administer and manage employee leave programs (FMLA, ADA, disability, parental, military, personal), determine eligibility, maintain confidential HR records, coordinate with third parties and payroll, manage ADA interactive process, track leave balances, ensure legal compliance, provide training, reporting, and support HRConnect.

The Senior Industrial Engineer will optimize production processes using Lean Six Sigma tools, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and enhance efficiency while ensuring measurable ROI.
