Lead owned and earned media strategy and execution across organic social, blog, website, webinars, and earned amplification. Create and edit high-quality copy and assets, partner cross-functionally on campaigns, maintain content governance and accessibility, track KPIs, and continuously optimize content performance and processes.

Provide customer service and process orders by answering queue phones, giving pricing and ship dates, inputting orders, and offering technical assistance after product training.

Support daily logistics, transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations. Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, manage carrier/vendor relationships, track logistics KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance (domestic and international), support continuous improvement and ERP/WMS/TMS adoption, and provide leadership backup for the Logistics Manager.

Act as the primary Digital partner for Finance: translate finance needs into digital requirements, build and prioritize intake and roadmap, develop business cases and ROI, track value delivery, improve processes and controls, coordinate with Digital COEs, and support change management and stakeholder alignment.

Lead SAP FI/CO functional ownership for global manufacturing: design, configure, and optimize finance and product costing solutions (CO-PC, material ledger, inventory valuation). Drive solution design, testing, deployments, vendor oversight, data governance, and partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to deliver scalable SAP finance capabilities.

Lead product discovery, define and prioritize backlog, write requirements and user stories, guide cross-functional teams through Agile development, measure product KPIs, gather customer feedback, and communicate product vision to drive SaaS/cloud software outcomes for construction-related products.

Sell and grow Simpson Strong-Tie commercial product lines across a defined territory through prospecting, jobsite activity, presentations, trainings, specification support, relationship management, and coordination with regional sales and product teams. Maintain CRM, attend trade events, provide technical support, and manage territory forecasting, pricing insight, and channel relationships. Up to 35% travel and some hands-on physical work required.
