Lead design and governance of enterprise operations training across North American manufacturing branches. Create and edit high-quality copy and assets, partner cross-functionally on campaigns, maintain content governance and accessibility, track KPIs, and continuously optimize content performance and processes.

Build, govern, and maintain platform automations, integrations, tagging, and measurement; enable change management, define human-in-the-loop processes, and ensure resilient, observable automation that delivers measurable outcomes.
