Lead and scale the Renewals function to protect and grow recurring SaaS revenue. Drive forecasting, pipeline management, pricing governance, and cross-functional initiatives across CRM, CPQ, billing, MDM, and commercial operations. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Engineering to improve systems, processes, and adoption while delivering commercial transformation and governance.
