Oversee end-to-end HR operations and payroll delivery, including employee lifecycle processes, compliance, reporting, vendor management, payroll integrity, HRMS projects, process improvement, escalations, audits, and data conversions. Partner with cross-functional HR teams and third-party providers while managing HR operations and payroll analysts.

Lead creation, maintenance, and governance of knowledge articles for contact center and coverage review operations. Partner with SMEs to capture, structure, tag, and publish content in enterprise knowledge platforms (using KCS and KM best practices), monitor usage and quality, prioritize requests, and support KM initiatives including AI-optimized content for human and machine consumption.

Lead analysis and hypothesis testing to improve GenAI and knowledge quality, govern KnowledgeXchange workflows, validate platform enhancements, review and optimize knowledge articles, and translate insights into KM and technology improvements.

Serves as the Philippines compensation and benefits subject matter expert and liaison to Cigna’s Total Rewards team. Supports job pricing, market analysis, equity reviews, compensation planning, incentives, and Workday governance. Oversees statutory and employee benefits administration, vendors, leave cases, compliance, audits, and employee communications. Partners with HR Operations, Payroll, vendors, and site leadership to resolve complex issues and improve total rewards processes.

Owns high-volume payroll execution for employees in the Philippines, including calculations, validations, reconciliations, adjustments, statutory contributions, and compliance reporting. Maintains payroll transactions in Workday, validates HR data, resolves employee payroll inquiries, supports final pay processing, and partners with HR, Finance, coordinators, and payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payment delivery.

Create, maintain, and improve knowledge articles and workflows to support enterprise operations. Partner with business teams and instructional designers, prioritize knowledge requests, reinforce KM value, and capture/share knowledge to improve service experience.

Handles high-volume HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, pre-employment compliance, contracts, regularization, offboarding, employee helpdesk support, payroll coordination, Workday transactions, documentation, and audit-ready recordkeeping. Partners with Payroll, Benefits, Employee Relations, HR, and HR business stakeholders while resolving employee inquiries and escalating complex issues appropriately in a fast-paced call-center environment.

Develop, maintain, and publish high-quality knowledge articles for Coverage Review and Contact Center operations. Apply KCS and technical writing best practices, optimize content for human and AI consumption, manage knowledge systems (KnowledgeXchange/KX GenAI), partner with SMEs and instructional designers, monitor article performance, and support KM governance, metadata/tagging, and large-scale KM projects to improve findability and service outcomes.

Perform quality reviews of calls, emails, and chats; analyze trends and data to recommend process and SOP improvements; lead calibrations, audits, and remediation initiatives; act as SME and represent team in audits.
