Manages pipelines, opportunities, proposals, and prospect tiers in Salesforce and Seismic. Educates prospects on Ryder services, collaborates with sales teams to transition accounts and generate opportunities, supports customer onboarding, and completes related administrative tasks.

Manages supply chain logistics operations, supervising supervisors and hourly employees while ensuring safety, productivity, customer service, accurate records, and policy compliance. Communicates operational goals, assigns work, coaches and develops staff, addresses performance issues, and implements corrective actions. Leads continuous improvement and Lean initiatives, supports training and system processes, manages employee administration, and coordinates with customers, carriers, and internal teams. The role operates Monday through Saturday as needed and requires 1–10% travel.
