Supervise and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations, schedule and coach staff, track KPIs, maintain safety and labor relations, collaborate with customers, conduct performance evaluations, and recommend process improvements.

Support shop management and cross-functional coordination across Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental. Manage customer relationships, optimize rental utilization and running costs, oversee maintenance scheduling and technician work planning, and drive metric-based and customer-satisfaction initiatives. Responsible for new-logo business development for Ryder FMS products (Choicelease/SelectCare). Execute a go-to-market strategy using Salesforce and Seismic, prioritize digital/tele-marketing with selective in-person meetings, build and manage a sales pipeline to meet quotas, collaborate with internal teams to transition and grow accounts, maintain CRM and administrative sales tasks, and continually develop sales skills and product knowledge. Must be based at a Ryder location.

Manage assigned accounts and expand customer use of Ryder services (leases, maintenance, fleet management). Build relationships with customer stakeholders, ensure contracted services deliver, monitor satisfaction, conduct account reviews, analyze financial data to recommend solutions, mentor sales staff, and drive sales growth using the Ryder Sales Process.

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day logistics, manage schedules and KPIs, coach and evaluate staff, collaborate with customers, maintain labor relations, and ensure health, safety, and operational improvements.

Lead and mentor logistics engineers to design and implement transportation and supply chain solutions. Manage multiple projects, perform supply chain analyses, apply Lean Six Sigma and SPC, map/document processes, interface with Sales/Operations/IT, establish performance measures, and support account financials while driving continuous improvement and customer-facing presentations.

Plan and direct daily fleet and dispatch operations to improve productivity and efficiency. Manage drivers and dispatch staff, set schedules/routes, enforce safety and compliance, analyze performance/costs, recruit and train staff, and develop operational policies and budgets.

Participate in a fast-paced vehicle sales training program covering rental, finance, operations, HR, and sales & marketing. Support Vehicle Sales Managers to meet sales quotas, develop and implement strategies to improve performance and retention, perform operational and administrative tasks, and prospect assigned accounts using aggressive telephone marketing.

Supervise and coach a customer service team to meet productivity and quality KPIs. Manage daily shift operations, assign and monitor cases using dashboards, handle escalations, coordinate with internal partners, conduct performance reviews, and support hiring/disciplinary actions.

Provide administrative support for warehouse and transportation operations, including payroll collection and input, accounts payable/receivable tasks, DOT/safety file maintenance (MVRs, physicals, drug screens), and maintaining location and employee records. Verify payroll and assist with personnel administration and other assigned duties.
