Coaches and mentors engineering and logistics team members, collaborates with operations, IT, sales, and customers, develops presentations and proposals, supports recruiting, and applies Lean Six Sigma and Statistical Process Control methods to improve transportation and supply chain operations.

Supervise daily logistics operations, coordinate schedules and workflows, monitor site KPIs, and ensure customer service standards. Coach, train, evaluate, and counsel team members while supporting performance improvement and labor relations. Collaborate with the Logistics Manager and customer, recommend facility and process improvements, and enforce health, safety, security, and company policies.

Provides administrative and clerical support for Ryder’s supply chain operations, including filing, mail handling, typing, phone support, document reconciliation, record maintenance, and information verification. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, dependability, multitasking, and time-management skills. It is a Monday–Friday hourly position in Davie, Florida, requiring a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of administrative or clerical experience.
