Manage operations and personnel across multiple locations supporting ~371–600 truck units. Oversee labor planning, workflow, training, customer relations, financial and asset management, quality, safety, recruiting, and performance against metrics to meet operational and financial objectives.

Manage material availability and inventory control for GM account: follow up purchased parts, liaise with suppliers, track critical parts and execute containment plans, arrange alternative sourcing or spot buys, manage truck loads and MGO inventory adjustments to prevent production interruptions.

Audit daily manifests and customer weekly reports, prepare and send invoices, maintain client contract and billing documentation, research billing discrepancies, communicate with field operations, and provide backup support for other billing specialists.
