Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into BI requirements, design and maintain BI solutions and semantic layers, analyze large payment datasets, enforce data governance and quality, deliver insights and reports, lead stakeholder meetings and training, mentor team members, and drive process improvements for data loading and analytics.

Serve as primary client contact to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies for credit union card portfolios. Lead strategic planning, campaign management, pro forma analysis, and post-campaign measurement. Perform deep-dive data analysis to generate actionable insights, produce client-ready reports, and coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution. Maintain industry knowledge (Visa, Mastercard, Fiserv, regulatory changes), support risk/compliance, and recommend process improvements while managing billing and client relationships.

Lead product strategy and full lifecycle for Juniper Payments offerings including compliance, enhancements, commercialization, P&L ownership, cross-functional coordination, risk assessment, documentation, training, and client/operational liaison duties.

Design, develop, test, maintain, and support secure, scalable data solutions using Snowflake and Databricks. Lead technical design, author specifications, review code, mentor engineers, ensure SDLC, audit/security compliance, and drive technical strategy while collaborating with architects and business partners. Participate in Agile ceremonies, be on-call as needed, and travel occasionally.

Support growth, product, and sales teams to drive debit/ATM network business: develop deal strategy, articulate value propositions, deliver presentations, gather market intel, maintain CRM data, and support client/prospect engagements to expand and retain Veleras network footprint.

Owner of assigned payments product lines responsible for strategy, growth, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, commercialization, and go-to-market. Lead market research, compliance monitoring, technical analysis, sales support, and cross-functional execution to launch and scale solutions for credit unions and partners.

Lead and mentor the Client Strategy & Growth team, drive net-new and add-on revenue through sales strategy, cross-selling, market analysis, and C-suite relationship development. Act as SME on payments products and technologies, support sales enablement, conduct on-site diligence, and serve as escalation point to maintain client satisfaction.
