Perform corporate income tax for parent and subsidiaries including tax provision, estimates, extensions, and returns (federal, state, local). Prepare work papers, respond to notices, support audits, maintain tax calendar, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, monitor tax law changes, and assist with other tax matters (indirect tax, credits, M&A).
