Lead Supply Chain systems and process improvements across North America, focusing on ERP and Kinaxis planning platform deployment, cross‑functional integration, process standardization, project and change management, and stakeholder communication to optimize planning, logistics, and system adoption.

Support quality assurance across optical cable manufacturing: perform testing and inspections, maintain QMS and records, assist in developing procedures, perform root cause analysis and corrective actions, manage nonconforming material, track and report quality metrics, support audits, and collaborate with operations and engineering on continuous improvement.
