Industrial Engineering Interns support lean manufacturing, capacity planning, facility and workstation layout, material flow optimization, production data analysis, and performance reporting. They identify inefficiencies, improve production work cells, and implement solutions alongside engineers and production staff. Candidates must pursue a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering throughout the internship and have experience with AutoCAD or DraftSight and Google Applications.

Design and verify analog electrical hardware using EDA, SPICE, and finite element tools. Capture schematics, supervise PCB layouts, deliver prototypes, troubleshoot hardware in the lab, and measure circuit performance with oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers. Collaborate with digital, software, mechanical, quality, manufacturing, and test engineers throughout the product development lifecycle while maintaining project documentation and receiving mentorship.

Develop and verify digital and hardware system designs using EDA, schematic capture, PCB layout, simulation, and electrical measurement tools. Build and troubleshoot prototype hardware in the lab, document projects according to quality procedures, analyze circuit performance, and collaborate with analog, software, mechanical, and other hardware engineers. The internship includes mentorship from experienced engineers.

Supports IT operations by resolving service desk tickets, documenting solutions, monitoring systems and business services, analyzing performance metrics, updating system and disaster recovery documentation, assisting with application development, and maintaining software and hardware. Interns also follow cybersecurity policies, protect systems and data, identify vulnerabilities, and report potential incidents.
