Oversee day-to-day Washington, DC office operations and administrative services, manage budgets, facilities, vendor relationships, and a team of administrative/legal support staff. Advise office leadership, drive operational improvements and change initiatives, ensure compliance, support onboarding/offboarding, emergency response, and coordinate client-facing events and community engagement.

Manage the firm's learning and development initiatives for US lawyers and employees, focusing on professional skills training programs and identifying developmental gaps.

Lead AI integration into legal practice: embed with practice groups, develop and deliver AI-driven workflows and agentic solutions, validate outputs for legal and ethical standards, manage and mentor an AI & Innovation legal team, translate attorney needs into technical specifications, and partner with IT, security, and governance to ensure scalable, secure, and adoptable solutions.

Lead and build a legal engineering function delivering AI-enabled legal workflows and products. Scope, prototype, deploy, and scale LLM-based solutions; manage a team; establish standards, governance, and evaluation frameworks; partner with attorneys, IT, and security to ensure secure, defensible, and adoptable solutions.

Perform conflicts-of-interest research and analysis by reviewing matter intake, conducting corporate and database research, running Boolean searches, identifying and summarizing potential conflicts, and coordinating findings with Compliance Lawyers while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Manage all aspects of entry-level lawyer recruitment for the New York office: plan and execute on-campus events and interviews, develop the summer associate program, coordinate hiring committees and offers, maintain recruitment data and budgets, handle logistics/payments, and support onboarding and development. Requires weekend/evening flexibility and overnight travel during recruiting seasons.
