Manages the firm's awards, rankings, legal directory submissions, surveys, and recognition strategy. Develops nominations, interviews lawyers, advises leadership, manages editorial calendars and deadlines, prepares participants for interviews, analyzes employee survey data, supports publicity, and coordinates award events. Partner with lawyers, clients, and IT teams to develop workflows, collection strategies, search-term calibration, analytics, and TAR processes. Monitor productivity metrics, advise on litigation technology and case-law developments, support document review, and mentor project analysts. The role requires managing multiple high-pressure engagements, ensuring quality, controlling project risks and costs, and providing occasional after-hours or weekend support.

Manages U.S. and foreign trademark docketing, including creating records, calendaring deadlines, reviewing prosecution and opposition matters, monitoring attorney dockets, auditing transfer files, and troubleshooting docketing issues. The role supports attorneys and paralegals, maintains knowledge of domestic and international IP rules, and requires strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.

Designs, configures, maintains, and supports Workday HR solutions, especially Benefits and Compensation. Partners with HR, IT, Finance, and Infosec to gather requirements, develop technical specifications, test processes, troubleshoot issues, maintain data integrity, build reports, support releases, document systems, and train users.

Manages electronic invoice submissions, LEDES file conversion and maintenance, eBilling Hub administration, rejection resolution, submission tracking, and billing-process improvements. Provides customer service to legal and administrative teams, collaborates with billing and collections staff, troubleshoots electronic billing issues, maintains compliance with firm procedures, and supports reporting and related projects.

Leads the firm's Information Governance operations, including team management, attorney onboarding and offboarding, matter mobility, repository governance, records retention, information lifecycle management, compliance, metrics, training, and technology modernization. Partners with legal, IT, Information Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to improve governance controls, service delivery, information protection, and operational efficiency across enterprise repositories and offices.

Coordinates business services recruiting across the United States, including candidate sourcing, screening, communications, interview logistics, applicant tracking, references, background checks, recruiting metrics, market research, and process improvement. The role supports hiring managers and candidates while maintaining accurate confidential information and delivering a professional recruitment experience.

Conduct conflicts-of-interest research and analysis by reviewing matter intake, performing corporate and database research, designing Boolean database searches, and identifying potential conflicts for lawyer review. Communicate findings, work with Compliance Lawyers to resolve issues, maintain confidentiality, and support compliance workflow and Global Practice Standards inquiries.
